What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Our private guide will meet you directly at the pickup location you specify during the booking process (e.g., your hotel, a designated meeting spot).
Please be ready in the lobby or outside the main entrance at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.
Your tour starts immediately upon meeting your guide at the designated pickup location.
What to expect
[Family & Logistics Coordination] We manage the logistical details to ensure a seamless experience for your entire group. This includes checking the availability of on-resort childcare (nursery) services and providing luxury private transfers in our premium vehicles. Please note that nursery spots are subject to availability.
[Important Note] Please consult us in advance regarding childcare (nursery) requirements or any specific equipment rental needs to ensure a smooth start to your tour. While we assist with coordination, nursery placement is not guaranteed.

- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Must be able to ride a ski lift independently. (under 11 must be accompanied by an adult)
- We recommend wearing proper ski or snowboard wear to stay warm and dry throughout the day.

- The Duration Surcharge (JPY 10,000 per 30 minutes) is only applied if the tour duration is exceeded by guest request and is payable directly to the guide.

- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
