Meeting and pickup

You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

Our private guide will meet you directly at the pickup location you specify during the booking process (e.g., your hotel, a designated meeting spot).

Please be ready in the lobby or outside the main entrance at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.

Your tour starts immediately upon meeting your guide at the designated pickup location.

What to expect

This private experience does not have a single fixed location. While your experienced guide will continuously monitor snow conditions and weather to advise on the best mountain and runs for the day, the ultimate destination (which Hakuba ski resort we visit) will be decided in consultation with your group. Guest preferences are prioritized, ensuring an optimal and safe experience tailored to your skill level.

Note: A surcharge of ¥10,000 will apply for every 30 minutes that the tour exceeds the duration.
