Pickup details:

Airport pickups: Arrivals Hall, Exit 23 (Level 2). Your driver will meet you with a welcome sign showing your name. Free waiting time: Up to 90 minutes after your flight lands. Please contact your driver if there are delays at baggage claim or customs. Tel Aviv pickups: From any hotel or private address within the city. Please be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Free waiting time for city pickups: Up to 20 minutes at your location. No-Show Policy: If the traveler fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location within the free waiting time and does not contact the driver or the local operator, the booking will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued. Important: Please ensure your phone is active and reachable via WhatsApp or regular call service during pickup time.

What to expect

Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation with all pickup details.

For airport arrivals, your driver will be waiting at Ben Gurion Airport – Arrivals Hall, Exit 23 (Level 2) with a welcome sign showing your name or “Jaffa Transfers.”

For departures from Tel Aviv, your driver will pick you up from your hotel or private address, assist with luggage, and take you directly to the Ben Gurion Airport Departures Terminal.
