Pickup is available from all hotels, riads, and guesthouses in central Marrakech, including Gueliz, Hivernage, Medina, and surrounding areas. If your accommodation is inside the Medina, where cars cannot enter, the driver will meet you at the nearest accessible point. Please be ready 30 minutes before departure time in your hotel lobby or in front of your riad. Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp or phone before arrival.
