Meeting and pickup
Pickup is included from hotels within Kuala Lumpur city center, Other Destination Pick Up including Pick up from your last Drop Off. Please contact us for confirmation before booking.
What to expect
Once you make a booking, you will receive an instant confirmation email with all the details of your transfer, including pick-up location, time, and driver contact information.
2. Pre-Trip Communication
Prior to your travel date, your team will reconfirm your booking and provide clear instructions for meeting your driver. You will also receive the driver’s details via WhatsApp or SMS for your convenience.
3. Pick-up
On the day of travel, your driver will arrive at the designated meeting point (airport arrival hall, hotel lobby, or selected location) holding a sign with your name for easy identification.
4. Assistance with Luggage
The driver will assist you with loading your luggage safely into the vehicle before departure.
5. Comfortable Journey
Sit back and relax in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle. Complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi (if available) will be provided. The driver will ensure a smooth and safe ride to your destination.
6. Drop-off
Upon arrival, your driver will help unload your luggage and ensure you are safely dropped off at your hotel, airport terminal, or preferred location.
7. Completion
The service is completed once you have safely reached your destination. Your support team remains available for any further assistance or return transfers.
