Pickup is available from all hotels, riads, and guesthouses in Marrakech. If your accommodation is located inside the Medina and not accessible by car, pickup will be arranged at the nearest accessible point (e.g., Koutoubia Mosque or Jemaa el-Fnaa Square). Please make sure to provide your hotel/riad name and address when booking. Travelers staying outside Marrakech city (e.g., Palmeraie or Ourika Road) may be asked to meet at a central location or pay a small additional fee for pickup. For airport pickup, please provide your flight number and arrival time in advance.
