    If you book the “Depart from Hanoi” option, we’ll pick you up at your hotel/stay in the Old Quarter area between 05:30 AM – 06:00 AM. Please be ready in the lobby on time to ensure a smooth and timely departure. If your hotel is outside the Old Quarter, please kindly make your way to your meeting point at Hanoi Opera House (No. 1 Trang Tien Street). We will inform you of the exact pick-up time one day before departure. The drive to Halong Bay takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. Important: Late arrivals or no-shows will miss the tour and no refund will be provided. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to make sure you don’t miss the pick-up.
