What to expect

This experience begins with a concise intro to Japanese tea culture and the tasting approach — how to correctly observe aroma, mouthfeel, and finish. The host will present three selected Japanese teas (explaining origin, cultivation notes and the producer’s story) and brew each fresh so you can taste the full spectrum of flavor and compare them to each other.
Together with the host, you will also observe each tea's leaves in both dry and wet states to learn about their unique traits.

Each tea is provided in combination with a serving of seasonal wagashi that highlight the tea’s character. After sampling, enjoy a relaxed conversation where you can ask about brewing methods, storage, and recommendations — ideal for both beginners and tea lovers who want practical tips to recreate the experience at home.
