Begin your journey in Zurich as you board a comfortable, modern, air-conditioned Mercedes C220 and travel through the stunning landscapes of the Bernese Oberland. Along the way, fascinating small villages, lakes and natural beauty.
Arrive in Lauterbrunnen. Known for its dramatic cliffs and 72 cascading waterfalls—including the famous Staubbach Falls—this valley invites you to explore its natural beauty during your free time in the village.
Ten waterfalls inside the mountain, accessible via a tunnel lift - unique in Europe. The Trümmelbach drains the huge glacier walls of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau and transports up to 20000 litres per second and 20000 tonnes of debris per year from its catchment area (24 km2), half of which is covered in snow and ice. The only glacier waterfalls in Europe that are located inside the mountain and are still accessible. UNESCO World Heritage Site Swiss Alps Jungfrau-Aletsch The Trümmelbach is listed in the "Federal Inventory of Landscapes and Natural Monuments of National Importance" and is part of the Swiss Alps Jungfrau-Aletsch UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the spring, weather conditions may cause temporary closures. Babies and small children under the age of 4, as well as dogs, are not allowed access to the Trümmelbach Falls for safety reasons. The Trümmelbach Waterfalls are open daily from the beginning of April to the beginning of November.
Next, continue to the village of Grindelwald. Surrounded by towering peaks and glaciers, it offers the perfect setting for adventure or relaxation. Here, you’ll have free time to explore independently. Take the opportunity to ride the cable car up to Mount First, venture into the dramatic Glacier Canyon, or visit Mount Pfingstegg—all optional activities available at your own expense. Each offers unforgettable views and experiences in the heart of the Alps.
In the afternoon, rejoin your driver for the final stop: Interlaken, where you'll enjoy some leisure time to explore this charming village at your own pace. The city's main avenue starts near the main railway station (Höheweg) and runs to the city's central park, the Höhematte. There you will find shops, cafés, hotels, restaurants and many souvenirs. In the afternoon during summer, the park is filled with hang gliders in the sky. Opposite the park is the luxurious Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa. A walk along the banks of the River Aare is also recommended. This area is full of pubs and restaurants and is quieter than the main avenue. It is possible to explore the main areas of the city on foot!
