Meeting and pickup
Our driver will meet you at your selected pickup location-hotel lobby, airport arrivals area, or residence-holding our company name sign for easy identification. Please ensure your phone is reachable via WhatsApp or call for smooth coordination. For airport pickups, our driver will track your flight in real time and wait up to 60 minutes after landing at no extra cost. For hotel or residence pickups, please be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. If your pickup point is outside the main service area, an additional charge may apply. Kindly confirm your exact location during booking for accurate timing and pricing.
What to expect
1. Easy Online Booking
Travelers can book through our website, Viator, or WhatsApp by providing travel details (pickup point, destination, date, and time). Instant confirmation is sent to ensure a smooth start to your journey.
2. Booking Confirmation
Once booked, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with your driver’s name, contact number, vehicle details, and estimated pickup time. Flight numbers (for airport pickups) are also confirmed to allow live tracking.
3. Pre-Trip Coordination
A day before your trip, our operations team will reconfirm your booking and any special requests (baby seats, luggage size, stopovers, etc.). Your driver will also message you before arrival.
4. Pickup and Greeting
At the scheduled time, your driver will meet you at the agreed location — airport arrivals area, hotel lobby, or residence — holding our company name sign for easy identification.
For airport pickups, we monitor flight delays or early arrivals to ensure you’re met on time.
5. Luggage Assistance and Comfort
Our professional driver assists with your luggage and ensures you are comfortably seated. Clean, air-conditioned vehicles with bottled water and music options are provided for your comfort.
