There will be two types of fillings available to make: ground beef and veggie, or a vegan filling. You will learn the techniques to steam and deep fry the dumplings. Guests will also learn to make two types of ponzu dipping sauces. Once you have created your masterpieces, you will then plate up and enjoy eating your creations!

What to expect

Roll up your sleeves and get ready to learn the craft of making authentic dumplings from scratch!

In this hands-on and interactive class, you will be guided step-by-step through refining your knife skills, making dumpling fillings, and learning the art of folding dumpling dough into various traditional shapes. Your chef instructor will also demonstrate how to make dumpling dough from scratch so you can practice making it on your own at home.
