Pick-up takes place directly at the hotel or lodging point indicated by the traveler within the greater Panama City area. Our team will contact you via WhatsApp or email one day before the tour to confirm the exact pick-up time. Passengers will be greeted by a certified guide and a uniformed driver with authorized tour vehicle, with air conditioning and bottled water on board. If you stay outside the metropolitan area, a convenient meeting point will be coordinated, previously agreed. Usual landmark: hotel lobby, main entrance or designated area for tourist pickups. We recommend being ready 10 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure the tour departs on time.
