Arrival Details: When you arrive, let the Travis County Park attendant know you’re with Boat Bros. There’s a $5 cash-only park entry fee per person to access the dock area. Once paid, walk down toward the boat ramp/dock — your captain will be waiting there for you.
What to expect
Your captain will start by teaching the fundamentals — stance, balance, rope technique, and how to find your wave. Once you’re ready, you’ll drop the rope and ride endless waves behind the boat with the city skyline and lakeside cliffs in the background.
Between sets, relax on deck, listen to music, and enjoy the sunshine with your new lake crew. You can also take photos and videos to capture your session — perfect for sharing your Lake Austin adventure online.
