Pickup details:

Your guide will meet you at Chengdu International Airport arrival hall, holding a sign with your name. Pickup time is flexible and arranged according to your flight arrival. I will track your flight in case of delays and wait up to 60 minutes after landing at no extra charge. Please contact me as soon as possible if there are significant changes to your schedule or flight is seriously delayed, so we can adjust the pickup time. please contact me via WeChat or email to adjust the pickup time. Assistance with luggage is included, and child seats are available on request.

What to expect

1. Booking Confirmation
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all pickup details. I will contact you via email, WeChat or whatsApp to confirm your flight number, arrival time, and any special requests (e.g. child seats).

2. Flight Tracking
On the day of your arrival, I will monitor your flight in real time to adjust for any delays.

3. Pickup at Chengdu Airport
I will meet you in the arrival hall, holding a sign with your name. Waiting time is free for up to 60 minutes after landing. If your flight is significantly delayed, please contact me via WeChat，whatsApp or email.

4. Comfortable Private Transfer
Travel in a clean, air-conditioned luxury electric vehicles (5–7 seats). Bottled water and luggage assistance are included for your comfort.

5. Drop-Off at Your Destination
I will drive you safely to your hotel or other chosen address in Chengdu. If needed, I can provide local tips and help you get oriented for your stay.
