Pickup details:

We pick you up at your hotel or accommodation anywhere within the Guadalajara Metro Area (ZMG). Once your pickup point is confirmed, we'll send the vehicle's license plate details via email and WhatsApp before your tour.

Pickup time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (noon)

12:00 PM is the latest pickup accepted, no exceptions. Special requests for later times will not be honored and do not modify this policy. Exact pickup time will be confirmed by the operator before the tour.
Delays: Time lost due to traveler delays is deducted from the tour. No compensation for missed destinations.
No-show: If the traveler is not at the pickup point within 15 minutes of the confirmed time, the tour will be marked as a no-show with no refund issued.
