What to expect

During this hands-on gluten-free cooking class in Rome, you’ll learn how to prepare authentic Italian dishes in a relaxed and celiac-safe environment.

After a warm welcome drink, you’ll cook together with the group, starting with a gluten-free Italian appetizer. You’ll then learn how to make a classic gluten-free tiramisù, following a traditional recipe adapted for celiac safety.

Next, you’ll prepare two types of fresh gluten-free pasta from scratch, from making the dough to shaping and cooking it, paired with traditional Roman sauces explained during the class.

At the end of the experience, you’ll sit down to enjoy the full meal you’ve prepared together, accompanied by a glass of wine or a soft drink.
