The meeting point is outside Collegio Bistrot. Your host will be waiting for you outside the entrance, wearing a red Rome by Emily scarf for easy identification. Please arrive 10 minutes early and wait outside the venue.
What to expect
You then enjoy a guided tasting of four Italian wines—white, rosé, red, and sweet—each paired with Roman specialties including Italian cheeses, cured meats, fresh vegetables, crusty bread, and extra virgin olive oil. Your guide explains each wine and pairing in a clear, accessible way, with light references to Emily’s time in Italy.
During the tasting, you capture the moment with a Rome by Emily Instax photo and branded frame. The experience ends with a traditional digestivo—limoncello or amaro—before you head off with your tote bag and photo as keepsakes.
