Itinéraire 1 : • Macarons marocains à la noix de coco – une douceur très appréciée, surtout par les enfants. • Kaab Ghzal (cornes de gazelle) – pâtisserie traditionnelle fourrée à la pâte d’amande parfumée à l’eau de fleur d’oranger. • Soupe Harira traditionnelle servie avec dattes et Chebakia, comme lors de la rupture du jeûne pendant le Ramadan. • Babbouche (escargots marocains) cuits lentement dans un bouillon riche en herbes. • Thé à la menthe authentique avec Msemmen, crêpes marocaines servies avec miel et fromage. • Fakya – mélange festif de fruits secs et de noix partagé lors des célébrations. • Olives marocaines variées, vertes et rouges, assaisonnées aux herbes.
