1The Little Amazon
Little Amazon is a hidden natural attraction located in Takua Pa, Phang Nga. This peaceful mangrove forest is famous for its large century-old banyan trees whose roots stretch dramatically over the water. Visitors can explore the area by canoe, gently gliding through narrow canals shaded by thick green canopies. The wetlands are rich in biodiversity and are home to wildlife such as crabs, mudskippers, fish, birds, and occasionally snakes resting in the branches above the water.

The International Tsunami Museum was established to commemorate the devastating 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami and to educate visitors about its impact on the Andaman coast of Thailand. The museum displays photographs, personal stories, rescue equipment, and a preserved police patrol boat that was swept inland by the massive waves. Visiting the museum offers a meaningful opportunity to understand the tragedy and learn how local communities rebuilt their lives after the disaster.
