Pickup is available from all hotels and riads in Marrakech. If your accommodation is not accessible by car (for example, inside the Medina), we’ll arrange the nearest accessible pickup point — usually at Café de France, Jemaa el-Fna Square. Please be ready 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Your driver or guide will contact you via WhatsApp or phone upon arrival. For travelers arriving from outside Marrakech, pickup can be arranged from Marrakech Menara Airport or the train station with prior notice.
