Step into an evening of sensory discovery. This intimate five-course dinner unfolds inside a luxury courtyard villa, where live music, sake & warm hospitality set the tone for a deeply connected dining experience.

You’ll be welcomed by your chef & enter an open kitchen overlooking the courtyard & live musician/DJ, taking your seat at a handcrafted wooden table.

Settle in as your chef introduces the experience & pours the first sake. The menu features a five-course progression inspired by regional flavors—seasonal produce, local sea & land proteins, delicate herbs & tropical fruit—expressed through refined techniques influenced by Europe, Asia & Latin America.

We’ll share the inspiration behind each plate & the flavor relationships within. As courses are plated just a few feet away, you’ll watch color, texture & emotion unfold in real time.

Live music accompanies the evening, with each dinner featuring a curated theme—chosen to elevate the atmosphere & complement the culinary storytelling.
Guests dine together at a shared table, creating a relaxed, communal experience designed for presence, connection & conversation.

The evening concludes with a final sake toast & dessert.
