Upon arrival at Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR), your driver will meet you at the Arrivals Zone with a sign with your name or the name of the reservation holder. Once you pick up your luggage and leave the terminal, proceed to the pre-booked transportation area. Our team monitors all flights in real time, so if your flight is delayed, your pick-up time will be automatically adjusted at no additional cost within courtesy time. To ensure efficient service, we request that you share full flight details (airline, flight number and timetable). If you do not find your driver on arrival, please contact us immediately with our contact number or WhatsApp included in your confirmation. For return pickup, we will confirm your pick-up time 24 hours prior to your departure, based on local traffic and airport recommendation.

What to expect
The traveler makes his reservation by selecting date, time, number of passengers and destination. It is recommended to provide flight information at the time of booking to expedite the process.

5. Meeting with the Driver
Upon arrival, after picking up your luggage, the traveler goes to the meeting point where your driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name. The driver provides assistance with luggage and guides travelers to the vehicle.
6. VIP Transfer to Destination
Travelers will enjoy a private transfer in a vehicle with air conditioning, bottled water, refreshing towels, music of choice and a comfortable and safe journey to their destination. During the drive, the driver is available to answer questions and provide local recommendations.
7. Arrival at the Accommodation
The driver will assist with luggage on arrival at the hotel, villa or residence, ensuring that travellers are settled before leaving.
8. Return Transfer (Round Trip)
On the day of the return trip, we confirm the pickup time 24 hours in advance. The driver arrives promptly at the accommodation and transfers the traveler to the airport, ensuring sufficient time for check-in and security checks.
