Choose from two engaging courses: the Sushi-Master Course, which includes a delightful meal and a certificate, or the Apprentice Course for a quick yet informative session. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available, ensuring everyone can enjoy this authentic culinary experience.

What to expect

Meet at Akamechan at your booked start time (11:00 or 14:00). After a friendly introduction by your chef with over 50 years of experience, you will move behind the sushi counter to learn how to prepare sushi rice and slice fish. Under the chef's guidance, you will make four pieces of nigiri and one roll, experiencing rolling, shaping and plating like a professional. Guests choosing the Master Course will also learn how to fillet fish and enjoy a special meal with four additional pieces of sushi, a drink, and tempura or sukiyaki. At the end of your class, you'll receive a certificate of completion and a complimentary teacup (Teacup is for Master Course only. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available on request.
