For airport arrivals:
Your driver will be waiting for you outside the arrivals hall at Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK), holding a sign with your name.
Please look for the Yommi Transport Marquess logo or your driver’s name sign.
For hotel pickups:
Pickup is available from all hotels and riads in central Marrakech.
If your accommodation is in the Medina (old city) where vehicles cannot enter, we’ll arrange the nearest accessible meeting point.
Please provide your flight number and arrival/departure time when booking so we can track your flight and adjust pickup if needed.
What to expect
1️⃣ Booking: Travelers book the transfer and provide flight details (airline, departure time, and hotel name).
2️⃣ Confirmation: You receive instant confirmation.
3️⃣ Pickup: On the day of travel, the driver arrives at the hotel or riad (or nearest accessible point in the Medina). The driver holds a sign with the traveler’s name or the Yommi Transport Marquess logo.
4️⃣ Transfer: Travelers enjoy a comfortable, air-conditioned ride directly to Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK). The route is direct, with beautiful city views along the way.
5️⃣ Drop-off: The driver drops travelers at the departures terminal and helps with luggage if needed.
