Meeting and pickup

Pickup points
You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

For airport arrivals, your driver will meet you in the arrival hall holding a sign with your name.
For hotel, port, marina, or private residence pickups, your driver will arrive directly at the provided address at the scheduled time.
Please provide your flight number, arrival or departure time, hotel name, yacht or vessel name (if applicable), and any special instructions at the time of booking.
Pickup times are coordinated based on your travel schedule to ensure a smooth and stress-free transfer.
If needed, your driver will contact you via WhatsApp or phone on the day of service.

Drop-off point
This activity ends in a different location. You can choose from multiple locations at checkout.

What to expect

After booking, travelers will receive a confirmation and are invited to provide flight details, pickup location, and destination information. For airport arrivals, the driver will monitor flight status and meet travelers in the arrival hall holding a name sign once customs and baggage claim are completed.
Waiting time at the airport is included to allow for customs and immigration clearance. Transfers are private, direct, and adjusted according to traffic and traveler needs. Drop-off is provided directly at the selected destination, including hotels, airport, port, ferry terminal, marina, or private address.
