If you are staying at any of our partnered hotels (full list available in your booking details), you may select it as your designated pickup location. This service is also available if you can conveniently meet us at one of these hotel locations, even if you're not a guest there.

Option 2: Central Meeting Point
If neither option above works for you, please proceed directly to our primary meeting point at Avlabari Square in central Tbilisi.

Identification & Meeting Process:
Upon arrival at your selected pickup location, look for your dedicated guide who will be clearly identifiable by:

A branded vehicle with a visible company logo

An official identification card

Standard staff uniform

A welcome sign with your booking name (on request)

Important Notes:

Please be ready at your chosen pickup point 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time

The team monitors traffic conditions and will wait a reasonable time for late arrivals

Pick-up & No-show Policy:

Please be ready at the agreed pick-up point at the specified time. Our tours operate on a strict schedule.

If you are not present at the designated time, we will have to proceed without you, and your reservation will be considered a "no-show." No refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
