If your hotel or accommodation is not listed, please don’t worry. During booking, we will confirm your stay location through direct communication. We ensure you are dropped off comfortably and conveniently at your destination.
Pick-up & No-show Policy:
Please be ready at the agreed pick-up point at the specified time. Our tours operate on a strict schedule.
If you are not present at the designated time, we will have to proceed without you, and your reservation will be considered a "no-show." No refunds or rescheduling will be offered.

Book your "Tbilisi First Touch" service online. Simply provide your arrival flight details, accommodation address in Tbilisi, and a contact number. The team immediately begins monitoring your flight for a timely welcome.
2. Personalized Meet & Greet at Tbilisi Airport
Upon arrival at Tbilisi International Airport (TBS), proceed to the Arrivals Hall. Your English/Russian-speaking host will be waiting for you, holding a clear sign with your name. They will greet you warmly and assist with your luggage.
3. Comfortable Transfer & Essential Orientation
Your host will escort you to a modern, air-conditioned vehicle. During the comfortable drive to your city center accommodation, your host provides a helpful first orientation to Tbilisi. You'll receive initial tips, answers to your questions, and your Welcome Kit containing a local SIM card, bottled water, and a city map.
4. Seamless Hotel Drop Off & Ongoing Support
