Meeting and pickup
The entrance to the building is located past the Lawson. Our office is on the 6th floor, room C. Take the elevator up, and you’ll find it at the corner on your right.
What to expect
You’ll be guided by a calligraphy master in a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Even if it’s your first time holding a brush, you can relax and learn at your own pace. Enjoy Japanese tea and traditional sweets as you experience Japanese culture.
The class is divided into two sessions. First, you’ll practice writing large characters, just like Japanese students learning calligraphy at school. Next, you’ll try writing smaller characters, inspired by traditional everyday writing.
At the end, you’ll frame your small calligraphy work to take home as a special Japanese souvenir and a lasting memory of your trip.
This experience is ideal for travellers, beginners, families, and anyone who wants to explore Japanese culture through calligraphy.
