From December 2025 to February 2026, Ningaloo Stars brings its astronomy nights to Esperance, where southern skies shine above pristine coastal landscapes. Join us for a 2 hour guided journey beneath some of Australia’s darkest skies. Enjoy a laser‑guided sky tour, and use premium telescopes to reveal planets, star clusters, and constellations while weaving in ancient stories and cultural perspectives that connect people to the night above. With minimal light pollution, comfortable seating, and a relaxed coastal setting, these inclusive, family‑friendly evenings are designed for all ages and levels of interest. This seasonal program blends science, storytelling, and wonder — leaving you with a new perspective on the universe.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Guests make their own way to the Esperance Bird and Animal Park and Cafe, Esperance WA 6450 to meet the Ningaloo Stars team on the night. Take care when driving on dark roads and look out for wildlife.
What to expect
Settle into comfortable seats with blankets creating the perfect base for stargazing under the southern night sky.
Take part in a laser‑guided tour of the stars: constellations and seasonal highlights are traced overhead with clear explanations designed for all levels of interest.
