What to expect

During your session, you’ll relax fully clothed inside the Harmonic Egg®—a soothing, egg-shaped chamber that uses gentle sound, color, and light frequencies to calm the nervous system and restore energetic balance. Your practitioner will help you set an intention, guide you in, and support integration afterward.
