From the Airport Pick-up Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) Pickup Details • Our airport staff will be waiting for you inside the Arrival Hall (Level 2) at the exit gate corresponding to your flight. • The staff will be holding a name sign for easy recognition. • Once they meet you, they will escort you to your driver, who will be waiting at the designated pickup area. • If you cannot find the staff member, please contact us via WhatsApp provided in your booking. • Includes 120 minutes of free waiting time after landing. Don Mueang Airport (DMK) Pickup Details • Your driver will meet you at the Arrival Hall of your terminal (Terminal 1 for International flights / Terminal 2 for Domestic flights). • The driver will be holding a name sign for easy recognition. • After collecting your luggage, please proceed to the Arrival Hall exit of your terminal. • If you cannot find your driver, please contact us via WhatsApp provided in your booking. • Includes 120 minutes of free waiting time after landing.
