Experience Bruny Island in a truly private and personal way with our small, family-run operation. Having grown up on the island, it’s our second home, and we’re proud to share our deep local knowledge, connections, and passion with our guests. We specialize in small, intimate groups—ranging from 2 to 15 guests—to ensure comfort, ease of access, and meaningful conversations with plenty of personal attention.
Guests have the option to add extra activities at an additional cost, such as walks to stunning coastal bluffs or trails exploring the island’s history and local produce. Let us know your interests, and we’ll tailor the experience for your next Tasmanian adventure.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
The pickup location is at the Lower Dock Car Park (Macquarie Wharf Car Park) on Hunter Street, Hobart. It is located directly opposite the Grand Chancellor Hobart, on the waterfront side of the road. The pickup point is within the open-air car park area along Macquarie Wharf. Our tour coordinators always share the driver/guide’s contact details with guests after the booking process to ensure smooth and easy communication prior to the tour.

Savour fresh oysters from our friends at Get Shucked Oyster Farm and learn about the aquaculture industry, discovering how it has grown into one of Tasmania’s premier seafood ventures.

2Bruny Island Cheese Company

3The Neck
We climb the steps to reach higher ground, taking in spectacular views of Adventure Bay to both the south and north. Along the way, we observe the burrows of the short-tailed shearwaters and the nearby little penguin colony.

4Adventure Bay
We set out to spot wildlife, especially the elusive white wallaby, while learning about the island’s history—from its First Nations people and early explorers to present-day communities and industries. Optional short walks can be arranged upon request.
