Meet your host in Piazza Mattei, one of the most fascinating squares of Rome,just in the heart of the Jewish Ghetto, a charming area beloved by locals and full of history. Enjoy the easy-going happy lifestyle!
Learning history and legend around the Jewish district and its unique food style.

You’ll learn to make home-made pasta from scratch, cleaning and preparing seasonal vegetables to fry, like artichokes or zucchini flowers or other amazing fresh vegetable to make the original “fritto romano”. In the end taste the amazing torta di ricotta e visciola, the famous ricotta cheesecake made with simple and delicious ingredients.

The experience is suitable to everyone, kids, vegan people, vegetarians are welcome.

Let's prepare two kind of sauces from fresh ingredients, then challenge yourself in the kitchen to cook a perfect pasta under the supervision of the chef.
