More than just a yoga class, this is a tailored experience appropriate for all levels, with music choice, prop use, intention setting, meditation etc., created specifically with the energy and experience of your group in mind. Surrounded by the tropical rhythms of Sayulita, Jenn creates a container for you to both have fun as well as reflect in gratitude on the beautiful memories you are creating with friends and family, whether you are visiting for a wedding, bachelorette party, girls’ trip, family vacation or couple’s getaway. It doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner or have been practicing for years—you will leave the experience feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated!

When booking, please let me know if you prefer class on the beach or at your rental. I'll either come to your rental with all mats and props needed for class, or we can determine the best spot on the beach for your group based on group size, time of the day/year, etc.!

What to expect

I'll arrive 10 minutes early to your rental or the designated meeting spot in order to set everything up. Then we'll settle into the space with a short grounding practice before I will lead you through a flow tailored to the needs and energy of your group, linking breath and movement. We'll end with a nice long savasana surrounded by the sounds and gentle breeze of Sayulita.
