    At 7:00–7:30 a.m., we join the early morning almsgiving ritual, where 20–50 monks walk barefoot to receive offerings. You’ll take part by presenting food, flowers, and daily essentials, while learning about the traditions, rules, and way of life of Buddhist monks from our knowledgeable guide. Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, perched high on the mountain at 1,080 meters above sea level. Climb the iconic 306 Naga steps (or use the elevator) and take in the breathtaking views over Chiang Mai. Inside the temple grounds, admire sacred statues, ancient architecture, and pay your respects at the shimmering Golden Pagoda.
