When you get to the arrivals area, look for the driver with a sign with your name on it.
Wait at the hotel lobby for call/message from driver.
Please note that the Old Town area is often closed to cars. In such cases, the driver will take you to the entrance to the Old Town. Please Note that due Formula 1 period Baku city centra will be closed. the driver will take you to the closiest point
What to expect
1. Booking Confirmation
Once the customer completes the booking on the platform, we immediately receive the reservation details. Your team reviews the booking and confirms availability of the vehicle type selected.
2. Pre-Arrival Communication
Prior to the service date, we contact the customer via WhatsApp or phone to reconfirm pickup details, including pickup location, time, flight number (for airport transfers), and any special requests. Driver details are shared in advance when applicable.
3. Pickup
For airport pickups, the driver monitors the flight arrival time and meets the guest in the arrivals hall with a name sign.
For hotel or city pickups, the driver arrives at the agreed location and informs customer about arrival.
4. Transportation Service
Guests are transported in a clean, air-conditioned, well-maintained vehicle matching the booked category. All drivers are professional, licensed, and familiar with local routes. Assistance with luggage is provided.
5. Drop-off
The guest is safely dropped off at the designated destination (hotel, airport, or address within the city/region).
6. Support
Your operations team is available throughout the service time to assist with any changes or questions.
