Guacamole a Tasty Adventure Through Xochimilco Markets and Canals

3 hours 30 minutes (approximately)
Offered in: English

I am a native of Xochimilco, deeply engaged in the preservation and revitalization of its unique ecosystem and cultural heritage. My work is centered on collaborative efforts with local chinamperos (traditional farmers) and environmental activists to physically restore the ancient chinampa landscape. This hands-on experience is informed by my deep knowledge of the area's history and its Indigenous communities, allowing me to act as a bridge between Xochimilco's profound past and its sustainable future.
This isn't just a tour; it's a celebration of sustainable traditions
Proudly Plastic-Free: From start to finish, this is a zero single-use plastic experience.
True Fair Trade: Every ingredient we buy and every expert we meet supports local development. Your fun directly fuels the community.
