Toyota Alphard (1–6 passengers)

Maximum: 4 large suitcases (24–28") + small carry-on bags
If your group has more luggage, please upgrade to a larger vehicle.

Toyota HiAce (1–13 passengers)

Maximum: 5–7 large suitcases (24–28")
If each passenger carries a large suitcase, please inform us in advance so we can adjust the vehicle accordingly.

Microbus (10–23 passengers)

Maximum: 10–12 large suitcases
For large groups or heavy luggage, an additional luggage vehicle may be required.

Important Notes

Extra luggage that exceeds the vehicle’s capacity cannot be loaded due to safety regulations.

If luggage exceeds the limit, an upgraded vehicle or an additional luggage van will be required (additional cost applies).
