Meeting and pickup
For airport pickups, your driver will monitor your flight and meet you at the designated meeting point with a sign showing the lead traveler’s name. Up to 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included from the actual flight landing time.
For hotel or accommodation pickups, please wait at the main entrance or at the nearest location where the vehicle can safely stop. Up to 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included from the scheduled pickup time.
Please provide your flight number, pickup and drop-off addresses, passenger count, luggage details, and a reachable mobile or WhatsApp number after booking. Final meeting instructions and driver contact details will be sent before the service date.
What to expect
We will confirm the transfer details and send the driver and vehicle information before the service date.
For airport pickups, the driver will monitor your flight and meet you at the designated meeting point with a name sign. For hotel pickups, the driver will wait at the main entrance or nearest safe pickup point.
Travel directly to your selected destination in a private air-conditioned vehicle.
Upon arrival, the driver will assist with unloading your luggage and complete the drop-off.
