Airport pick-up (SOF/PDV/SKG): Your driver tracks your flight and meets you in the Arrivals Hall with a name sign. 60 minutes free waiting from actual landing. Please share flight number, terminal and WhatsApp contact.
Hotel / address pick-up (Bansko/Razlog/Banya/Dobrinishte): Please be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled time in the lobby or at the main entrance. For private addresses, please drop a WhatsApp pin for fastest dispatch.
Baggage & equipment: 1 suitcase + 1 carry-on per person; ski bags welcome (tell us in advance). Child seats (ISOFIX) free on request.
Winter readiness: All vehicles have winter tyres; 4×4 can be arranged in heavy-snow conditions.
Delays & changes: Message us on WhatsApp for last-minute updates. Extra waiting beyond the free period may incur a fee.

What to expect

Guests book directly online and receive instant confirmation from Bansko Concierge VIP. Before travel, we collect flight details or pickup address to schedule the driver. On the day of service, your English- or German-speaking chauffeur meets you at Sofia, Plovdiv or Thessaloniki Airport with a name sign, assists with luggage and provides bottled water and Wi-Fi. For hotel or chalet pickups in Bansko, Razlog, Banya or Dobrinishte, please be ready 10 minutes before departure. The drive to Bansko takes about 2 ½ hours through scenic mountain roads. On return, we pick you up at your accommodation and take you back safely to the airport. All vehicles are winter-equipped and child seats are available on request.
