From Civitavecchia Port to Rome or FCO Airport:
Your private driver will be waiting for you directly in front of your cruise ship upon disembarkation, inside the pier (we are authorized to enter the pier with a special permit). The driver will hold a sign with your name for easy recognition and will assist with your luggage.

From Fiumicino (FCO) or Ciampino Airport:
Your personal driver will meet you outside the luggage claim area, just beyond the sliding doors, near the INFO-POINT column. The driver will hold a signboard displaying your name. Please provide your arrival date, flight number, and country of origin to ensure a seamless pick-up experience.

From Rome/Italy Termini Railway Station:
Your driver will wait for you at the end of Platform 4, near GATE D, holding a sign with your name for easy identification.

From Your Rome City Hotel:
Your driver will meet you in the hotel lobby by the concierge desk or at the main entrance of your accommodation address.
Driver is allowed to wait 15 minutes at the port and 45′ at the airport
