We drive up to the Berat Castle, where we will be able to walk passed the stone walls that enclose centuries of history and daily life continues to this day. Here we will be able to visit the Onufri National Iconographic Museum for all interested with an extra charge.

3National Iconographic Museum Onufri
The Museum is housed within the Cathedral of the Dormition inside Berat Castle. It's known as one of Albania's most important collections of religious art. Named after the master iconographer Onufri, the museum displaying iconographic art and fresco fragments preserved to this day!

4Quarter Of Mangalem
Right beneath Berat Castle lies Mangalem, known as one of the city's oldest quarters. It's earned the Berat the nickname "the city of one thousand and one windows", although in Albanian literatures it's coined a completely name.

Quarter Of Gorica (Pass by)
Stretching along the left bank of the Osumi River, Gorica faces Mangalem in almost an identical replica of it's own. Here we will be able to enjoy lunch with a view of the Osumi River to your delight!
