If your riad is inside the medina where cars can’t enter, we’ll meet you at the nearest accessible point—we’ll confirm this after booking. Please be ready 10 minutes before your selected start time; pickup may occur within a 20–30 minute window due to traffic and routing. If you don’t see your driver, use the contact number on your ticket for immediate assistance.
