Operating Schedule: Daily operation: 9:00am – 6:00pm Trams run approximately every 15–20 minutes. A full loop takes around 50 minutes if you remain onboard.

- Please note only some trams are wheelchair accessible by using the wheelchair hoist at Stop 1 in Cathedral Junction and the wheelchairs can't weigh over 220kg due to weight restrictions.
- Some trams are quite high off the ground so some people with mobility issues may struggle with access to the trams. Small steps and handrails are available for use.
- Trams run every 15 minutes from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Summer, October-March, and from 9:50 AM to 4:00 PM in winter, April-September
- Please note the attractions do get very busy over the summer months (Nov-March) especially if a cruise ship is in port and there may be a wait time at the Tram entry due to increased demand.
