A guided snowshoeing adventure awaits you on the stunning Mount Kesänki in Lapland. With a local expert leading the way, you’ll walk through peaceful, snow-covered forests as you gradually climb this iconic fell. Midway, enjoy a cozy break inside a traditional wooden shelter, with warm drinks and local snacks prepared over an open fire. After reaching the summit (weather permitting), enjoy breathtaking views of the seven fells, the perfect place for beautiful photos and a moment of pure quiet. This experience is designed for small groups, creating a relaxed atmosphere where you can connect with nature and discover the area’s rich wildlife and stories.

Meeting and pickup
Pick-up is available from two locations:
- Hotel Saaga (Ylläsjärvi) – 30 minutes before the tour, in front of the main entrance.
- Jounin Kauppa (Äkäslompolo) – 15 minutes before the tour, at the main entrance next to the pharmacy.
Guests can also provide their own address for a personalized pick-up. The guide will arrive in a black minivan and check your name upon arrival.

During this snowshoeing tour on Mount Kesänki, you will walk through snow-covered forests and over gentle hills. Once reaching the summit, you will enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding fells and valleys, and enjoy the peacefulness of the untouched Lapland wilderness.
