This rejuvenating yoga experience is designed to help travellers release physical tension, restore energy, and calm the mind after travel and sightseeing. The session focuses on alignment-based yoga, mindful stretching, and the supportive use of yoga props such as blocks, straps, bolsters, and chairs to ensure safety and comfort for all levels.
Movements are slow, gentle, and guided with breath awareness, allowing the body to open gradually and naturally. Special attention is given to areas commonly affected by travel, including the back, hips, shoulders, and legs. The use of props helps improve posture awareness, reduce strain, and encourage deeper relaxation.
The experience concludes with guided relaxation and mindful breathing, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to fully absorb the benefits. Guests leave feeling physically lighter, mentally refreshed, and deeply rejuvenated.
On request, private transfers from centrally located hotels in Jaipur can be arranged at an additional cost. Guests are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Guest will meet directly at Prayas Yoga Retreat, Jaipur. Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Wear comfortable, breahable clothing suitable for yoga and light movement. Yoga is practiced barefoot; shoes can be removed before entering the Yogshala.
