Upon arrival in Bukit Lawang, your professional guide (Jungle Dee and team) will lead you into the UNESCO-listed Gunung Leuser National Park. This is one of the last places on Earth where you can see the critically endangered Sumatran Orangutan roaming free in their natural habitat. We will hike through lush trails while spotting other wildlife, such as Thomas Leaf Monkeys, Long-tailed Macaques, and exotic tropical birds.Take a break in the heart of the rainforest for a unique "Jungle Lunch." Enjoy a delicious local meal and a platter of fresh seasonal fruits (like dragon fruit, passion fruit, and pineapple) served on banana leaves while listening to the sounds of nature. The "Jungle Taxi" (River Tubing) After the trek, prepare for an adrenaline rush! We will ride the river currents on specially designed tubes. This "Jungle Taxi" experience takes you down the clear Bahorok River, providing a fun and refreshing way to return to the village while admiring the jungle from the water.
