What to expect
After you place your booking, we assign your driver for the selected date and time and monitor your arrival details.
On the day of travel, your driver will be waiting at Istanbul Airport (IST) – Exit Gate 13 in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name.
This is a private transfer—only your group will participate.
After meeting you, the driver will escort you to the vehicle (parking area) and assist with your luggage.
You will then travel directly to the drop-off location you selected during booking (hotel or address within Istanbul).
Upon arrival, the driver will help you with your luggage and ensure you are dropped off at the correct location.
