Directly across from Caffè Nero (on your right) are the tourism offices on the left; ours is the first one, THK ME TRAVEL, open 24/7. Our staff will connect you with your driver. Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW): your driver meets you at the meeting point in the arrivals area. Before your arrival we send you detailed directions to the meeting point on WhatsApp, including a short video. After booking we contact you on WhatsApp with your driver's details, so please keep your phone switched on. If you give us your flight number, we track your flight and your pickup time follows the actual landing time.
Drop-off at your hotel or any address in Istanbul that you give us when booking.
What to expect
1. After you book, we contact you on WhatsApp with your driver's details. If you give us your flight number, we track your flight.
2. On arrival at Istanbul Airport (IST), go to our 24/7 office (THK ME TRAVEL) in the international arrivals hall. Our staff will connect you with your driver.
3. On arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), your driver meets you at the meeting point in the arrivals area. Before your arrival we send you detailed directions to the meeting point on WhatsApp, including a short video.
4. At both airports, waiting is free for 60 minutes from your actual landing time, so flight delays are not a problem.
5. This is a private transfer: only your group travels in the vehicle. Your driver helps with your luggage and takes you directly to your hotel or address in Istanbul.
