Koh Panyee (also spelled Ko Panyi) is a unique, vibrant fishing village in Phang Nga Bay, Thailand, famous for being built almost entirely on stilts over the water. The village is home to about 1,600 people, mostly descendants of two seafaring Muslim families from Indonesia who settled there about 200 years ago. We will have delicious Thai lunch here as well.
Wat Suwan Kuha, often called the "Monkey Cave Temple," is a prominent and unique Buddhist site located in Phang Nga. The temple's centerpiece is an impressive, 15-meter-long golden reclining Buddha statue, which dominates the main cavern.
It provides a sweeping, 360-degree view of the unique limestone karsts (islets) and the expansive mangrove forests of Phang Nga Bay (home to James Bond Island). *Note: You have to choose between visiting Monkey Cave Temple or Samet Nangshe Viewpoint
