This is a peaceful site commemorates the victims of the 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami in Khao Lak. The Memorial features a curved concrete wall engraved with over 1,400 names and a golden Buddha facing The Sea.

The one of the most recent and significant additions to Khao Lak 2004 Tsunami Memorials, Serving as both an educational resource and place of remembrance, this museun offers a deed dive into the tragic events of the 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami in Khao Lak and the long process of recovery that followed. Exhibits at Ban Nam Khem Tsunami Museum, Mini-Cinima, Damaged Personal Artefacts and footage, Educational Panels, Disaster Awareness and Preparedness.
