For Cruise Passengers: Please disembark and walk through the customs/security area. Once you exit the terminal building, walk towards the Main Port Exit Gate. Our team/drivers will be waiting for you right outside the gate, holding a sign with your name or look for our colorful Land Rover Jeeps—you can't miss them!
For Hotel Guests: Please wait in your hotel lobby or at the main security gate 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
